As any reputable trainer should, Nicki ascertained the levels of confidence amongst the staff in terms of the key learning points (KLPs) she would be delivering during the training (see A – I on the table below).
On a scale of 1-5 (1 being least and 5 being most) staff were asked how confident they felt about the KLPs
At the end of the course staff were asked to repeat the exercise. The results were compared and a summary produced. On the right you can see the gains made.
The summary is accompanied by a more detailed analysis with pointers for where next, allowing the senior leadership to measure the impact for staff.
